Salary: Competitive

Duration: Fixed‑term maternity cover up to one year, or until return, resignation or replacement of the current post holder.

Hours: 20 hours per week, 40 weeks per year.

Role Overview

As a Pastoral Support Administrator, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to Pastoral Support Tutors and Management to ensure the pastoral team operates effectively for students and other customers. You will also contribute to the organisation of area events such as open days.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administer pastoral team schedules, meetings and communication.
  • Prepare and maintain records and documentation for pastoral services.
  • Coordinate logistics for open days and other events.
  • Act as a point of contact for students, parents and stakeholders regarding pastoral matters.

Requirements

  • Proven customer service and organisational skills.
  • Effective communication with diverse groups such as students, parents, and staff.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Experience in an educational or pastoral support environment is desirable.
