Remuneration & Benefits
- Salary: £40,000–£45,000, depending on qualifications and experience
- Generous holiday allowance: 25 days plus bank holidays
- 10% total pension contribution (2.5% employee, 7.5% employer)
- Potential bonus up to 10%

Key Responsibilities
- Hands‑on project management across the full lifecycle of product launches
- Coordinating all technical aspects of launches
- Build strong rapport across internal departments to support on‑time delivery
- Reporting on project status and progress
- Monitoring project budgets
- Managing engineering changes
- Representing the project in meetings with key stakeholders and customers
- Working hours: Monday‑Thursday 8:00am‑5:00pm; Friday 8:00am‑3:30pm (some flexibility available)
Qualifications & Experience
- A technical or engineering background gained in the manufacturing sector
- Full project management ownership experience
- Experience working with cross‑functional teams, including design, manufacturing and procurement
- Good people skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
