Job Title: Business Development Manager – Apprenticeships (16 – 24)

Location: Hybrid / Field-based (local and regional travel required)

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Manager to engage small businesses and create high-quality apprenticeship opportunities for young people aged 16–24. This is a relationship-led, target-driven role where you’ll help employers grow while opening doors for the next generation.

What you’ll do

• Win and grow employer relationships to generate apprenticeship vacancies
• Promote apprenticeships as a high-quality route into employment
• Deliver a strong customer experience for both employers and learners
• Meet targets for engagement, vacancies, and starts

What we’re looking for

• Background in sales, business development, or employer engagement
• Experienced Apprenticeship BDM
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Target-driven, organised, and self-motivated
• Passion for supporting young people into work
• Full UK driving licence
• Competitive salary plus commission
• 30+ days holiday (rising with service)
• Early finish Fridays (4pm)
