Requirements & Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years of HVAC field experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to project management.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and plans.
• Experience with industry software such as ServiceTitan, Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project.
• A valid driver’s license with a clean record is essential; EPA Universal or PMP certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management is strongly preferred.
