Location: Our Corporate Office in Central London Job Type: Full time Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week

We are currently recruiting for a Group Revenue Analyst this is a new role in our revenue management team reporting to our Director of Revenue.

The role of Group Revenue Analyst serves as the strategic engine for pricing and inventory optimization. Moving beyond basic reporting, the role translates complex data into actionable strategies to maximize profitability.

Key objectives include ensuring the efficient application of pricing and inventory management (precision control). providing leadership with a transparent, data-driven understanding of business (strategic clarity).

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Analysis and reporting: Providing regular (daily, weekly, monthly) reports with supporting commentary
  • Monitoring daily pickup and trends to support revenue managers in their decisions
  • Design and maintain dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, seasonal events, and macroeconomic factors that could impact consumer behaviour.
  • Supports forecast and budgeting process by providing required data/reports.
  • Data Extraction: Building Power BI/ Power Pivot dashboards to pull insights that the standard system reports might miss
  • System Support: Auditing the flow of data between the PMS (Opera), the RMS (Duetto), and CRS (iHotellier).
  • Acting as the “Level 2” support for divisional revenue managers when their systems aren’t yielding the correct rates or inventory isn’t syncing.
  • Reviewing and monitoring system configuration (PMS, RMS, CRS) and ensuring setups are correct.
  • Distribution Support: Monitoring competitor rates using tools like Lighthouse and STR.
  • Monitoring rate parity within channels and highlight discrepancies.
  • Maintaining the mapping between the PMS, and CRS.
  • Maintaining the OTA’s extranets
