Salary Details: BS 26-29 (currently £32,916 – £36,573)
Hours of Work: Full-time 37 hours per week

We’re seeking an Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our IT team in a developmental, hands-on role supporting servers, networks, virtualisation and security systems. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with early experience (or an apprenticeship / placement background) who wants to grow their technical skills in a supportive environment.
What you’ll do
Assist with day-to-day infrastructure operations (servers, storage, virtualisation and networks)Monitor system health, dashboards, backups and alertsCarry out routine tasks, checks and basic diagnosticsResolve lower-level incidents and escalate complex issues to senior engineersSupport backup, patching and basic security activitiesMaintain accurate documentation, asset and configuration recordsWork within ITSM processes (Incident, Request and Change)What we’re looking for
Practical experience in an IT infrastructure or technical support environmentBasic understanding of servers, operating systems, networking or storageAbility to follow procedures and work methodicallyGood communication skills and attention to detailA strong desire to learn and develop in infrastructure technologiesClosing Date: Midnight, Sunday 14th June 2026
