Attendant – Westminster, SW1A0PW We are looking for an Attendant to join the Department of Facilities at the House of Lords. This is a position where you will provide daily and direct support to Members, Members' Staff and staff of the House of Lords. You will support in the booking and set up of rooms within the Parliamentary Estate, sort and deliver mail, respond to queries from customers and welcome guests at reception. This is a position based on site at Parliament, where you will be expected to attend in person. Part of the role involves working a rotating shift pattern, with the rest of your team, that would cover the late sitting of The House of Lords. This is an exciting opportunity for someone that enjoys working in a varied, customer-facing environment and enjoys resolving customer queries both independently and as part of a team.
