About the role:
As an Assistant Manager, you are a key driver of the restaurant’s success. Working closely with the General Manager, you’ll help organise, plan, and run the business with confidence. We are looking for a motivated leader who takes ownership of the guest experience and thrives on developing a team. What you’ll be doing:
· Stepping up as the person in charge when the GM is away, managing the team and making sure our values come to life every shift
· Living and breathing the customer journey and coaching your team to deliver high standards everyday
· Partnering with the GM to monitor performance, manage costs and hit financial targets
· Taking ownership for the restaurant presentation and making sure your shifts run seamlessly

· Previous management experience in a fast paced, high volume setting
· A great communicator who can inspire and give constructive feedback
