In this role,youllbe the face of our restaurantgreeting guests with a smile, taking orders, serving delicious food, and creating a warm, welcoming vibe that keeps everyone coming back for more.Key Responsibilities– Greet guests, take orders, and ensure every customer has a positive dining experience.– Work closely with kitchen and other front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations, especially during busy times.– Keep restaurant and serving, areas clean and tidy,maintaininghygiene and cleanliness standards.– Familiarise yourself with the menu, daily specials, and promotions to answer guest questions and make recommendations.Requirements–Previousexperience in a restaurant, fastfoodor customer service role or as a waiter orwaitressis a plus but notrequired.–Strong communicationskills and a positive, guest-oriented attitude.– Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.– Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
