2 shift, 2 weeks of days & 2 of nights and leading a team across shift you will be responsible for;

• Leading teams to deliver against targets
• Coaching & developing staff
• Driving health & safety
• Drive continuous improvement and support process enhancements

What Were Looking For…

• Supervisory experience gained within an FMCG / food or similar environment
• Strong people leadership skills
