We’re searching for a dynamic General Manager to lead F&B delivery for arguably the world’s most storied football club, Manchester United. We are looking for a senior leader to drive exceptional food and guest experiences for Old Trafford’s 75,000 fans.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
- Leads strategic planning through strong client collaboration, structured execution, and market insight
- Owns end-to-end hospitality operations, delivering exceptional guest experiences, quality, and consistency
- Drives innovation, brand standards, and continuous improvement across all F&B service areas
- Builds, leads, and develops high-performing hospitality teams with a focus on culture, communication, and engagement
- Accountable for financial performance, using data‑driven insights to control costs and grow revenue
- A naturally confident leader, with senior management experience to inspire large F&B operational teams to deliver results
- A positive and passionate focus on food — a natural flare for hospitality
- Proven experience in managing diverse outlets and operational functions
- The ability to build excellent stakeholder relationships, engaging clients and cross‑functional teams
- A passion for building teams with a people‑first approach — background in building and developing high‑performing teams
- A proven track record in leading projects and driving change
- Commercially astute with P&L accountability
- An influential communicator across all levels
