Key Responsibilities

• Secure property listings at realistic and market‑appropriate prices
• Win instructions and convert opportunities into successful business
• Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
• Build and maintain a strong local presence and professional network
• Develop long‑term relationships with vendors, buyers and prospective clients
• Negotiate and progress property transactions through to completion

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong estate agency experience at Branch Manager, Lister or Valuer level
• A proven track record of winning instructions and generating business
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the motivation to grow a personal business
• Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
• Excellent negotiation and closing abilities
• Highly professional, personable and well presented
• Familiarity with the Southampton and Hampshire area, or strong local connections
• Full UK driving licence, own vehicle and a self‑motivated approach to success
