An exciting opportunity for a GP to join a forward‑thinking practice in rural West Cumbria. The role is available in a salaried or Lead GP capacity.
Role Summary
Full‑time GP (up to 9 sessions per week) with flexible working over 4 days. 15‑minute face‑to‑face appointments, seeing approximately 30 patients per day. Minimal admin thanks to an efficient team.
Lead GP: sessional rate over £13,000 per session, possible incentives and a joining bonus. Salary exceeding £117,000 for 4 days of 9 sessions.
Training
The practice is a hub‑and‑spoke training practice and will host trainees on site. The successful candidate is expected to be willing to become a trainer.
Team
Multi‑disciplinary team including an ANP, paramedic and practice nurses.
Location
West Cumbria – commutable from Whitehaven, Egremont, Millom, etc. Purpose‑built practice.

Qualifications
Qualified General Practitioner registered with the GMC and the UK performer’s list.
