Overview
The Medical Director of North Manchester Clinical Group is inviting applications for the Medical Director’s Leadership Fellow. This role offers a Resident Doctor an unique year-long opportunity to develop leadership and change management skills, working closely with the Senior Medical Leadership team to execute leadership projects aimed at making NMCG the best place for Resident Doctors in the Northwest.
Responsibilities
- Improve engagement with Resident Doctors at the organisation.
- Help raise the voice of Resident Doctors within the organisation.
- Work toward achieving the goal of North Manchester Clinical Group becoming the best centre for Resident Doctors experience in the region.
- Act as a voice for Resident Doctors in organisational decision‑making.
- Develop personal leadership and change management skills.
- Provide opportunities to undertake post‑graduate qualifications.
- Play an active role as part of the Resident Doctors Leadership Group (RDLG).
- Contribute to and lead transformation projects aligned with Trust priorities.
- Work one day per week in a clinical role.
