Senior Product Manager – Macro, Parameta Solutions

Parameta Solutions is the Data & Analytics division of TP ICAP, specializing in unbiased OTC content, proprietary data and advanced analytics.

Overview

The role is in Parameta Solutions’ global Capital Markets Data Product function, focusing on identifying, developing, and enhancing data opportunities derived from TP ICAP’s Global Broking activities and third‑party sources. The position requires subject‑matter expertise across interest rates and credit OTC derivatives, ownership of the data product, and driving its strategic direction and roadmap execution.

Responsibilities

• Drive ownership of the data product, shaping strategy and overseeing roadmap execution.
• Lead global product development initiatives for new data opportunities from Global Broking and third‑party sources.
• Act as SME for OTC derivatives including fixed income, rates, and credit derivative data products.
• Coordinate procurement, evaluation, and accurate publication of data from broking desks and third‑party vendors.
• Contribute to market analysis, competitive research, and business case development for new data products.
• Support product lifecycle activities, guiding enhancements from ideation through development and launch.
• Collaborate with Technology, Operations, Sales, Client Services, and Analytics teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Engage with internal stakeholders and clients to gather feedback and identify opportunities to improve data content.
• Support marketing activities such as preparing product materials and assisting at conferences.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Global Broking teams and other key internal partners.

Qualifications

Essential Experience & Competencies:

• Experience in Rate Derivatives, Rates Trading, Rates Structuring, Risk/Quantitative Risk Management, Quantitative Investment Strategies and/or OTC Derivatives.
• Deep working knowledge of OTC derivatives (IRS, OIS, CDS, bond pricing) and associated market conventions.
• Proven experience managing or contributing to market data products, shaping data methodologies, and delivering enhancements with technology teams.
• Strong analytical capability: interrogate large datasets, assess data quality, identify anomalies, and translate findings into product improvements.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, prioritize complex workloads, manage multiple deliverables, and progress initiatives with minimal oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling clear explanations to Sales, Technology, and clients.
• Experience converting requirements into specifications, user stories, and documentation for business and technical stakeholders.
• Strong organisational skills with a track record of coordinating stakeholders across Broking, Technology, Operations, Sales, and Analytics.
• Comfort working in a fast‑paced, global environment with teams across multiple time zones.

• Commercially oriented mindset, identifying monetisable data opportunities and evaluating commercial impact.
• Experience working directly with broking desks, sales teams, or external clients in a data, product, or analytics capacity.
• Knowledge of competitive landscape analysis for data vendors, benchmarks, and OTC market differentiators.
• Confidence presenting to clients or industry audiences (webinars, briefings, conferences).
• Proactive problem‑solving skills and ability to drive solutions to completion.
• Experience contributing to data methodology design, including model selection, data cleansing, enrichment, and pricing logic.
• Familiarity with product lifecycle management tools, agile delivery practices, and sprint activities.
• Awareness of industry trends across OTC derivatives, macro markets, and data innovation, including regulatory developments.
