- Lead and manage the achievement, progress and pastoral provision for a year group of students.
- Have responsibility for the strategic overview of the year group, including self-evaluation and the improvement plan for the year group.
- Monitor student progress including attendance, achievement and behaviour.
Qualifications & Experience
- Qualified Teacher Status or equivalent.
- Evidence of effective continuous professional development.
- Experience coordinating a subject.
- Demonstrated awareness, understanding and commitment to the protection and safeguarding of children.
