As part of the Academy Sports Science & Medicine team, you will play a key part in being a leading performance team with the aim ofEnhancingthe development of young players,Measuringperformance & development, andEducatingplayers, coaches and interdisciplinary staff. You will bedelivering an elite service adopting a holistic approach to improving the performance of players across the full Academy with a particular focus on the U18’s.
- Extensive experience of working in the elite sporting environment.
- Postgraduate qualification in Sport Science, S&C or related field.
- BASES Professional membership and ability to obtain accreditation within an agreed time frame.
- Knowledge of LTAD frameworks
- Good knowledge of the EPPP requirements.
- Team player
- Possess a strong awareness of equality, diversity and inclusion
- Energy and enthusiasm
- Highly organised and methodical approach to workload
- Confidential and diplomatic
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
- Full driving license
