An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Property Manager to join a growing and well-regarded practice with a strong presence across South London and Kent.
This role would suit a motivated Surveyor or Property Manager looking to take ownership of a varied commercial portfolio while continuing to develop their experience within a supportive and collaborative environment. You will work closely with senior colleagues and Directors, gaining exposure to a broad range of assets and clients.
The position offers a strong platform for progression, making it an ideal opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within a business that is continuing to grow its management offering.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage a mixed commercial property portfolio across South London and Kent
- Act as a key point of contact for landlords, tenants and contractors
- Oversee property inspections, maintenance and service delivery
- Assist with rent reviews, lease events and day-to-day asset management activity
- Support onboarding of new properties and ensure smooth integration into the portfolio
- Maintain accurate property records and reporting
What We’re Looking For
- Some experience in commercial property management
- Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with clients and tenants
- Organised and proactive approach to managing a portfolio
- MRICS desirable, but not essential
- Experience within a consultancy or managing agent environment preferred
