Senior HRA Compliance Lead – Fire & Safety, Social Housing

Carrington West is seeking an experienced Interim HRA Compliance Lead to oversee compliance activity across over 6,000 council-owned buildings in Somerset. This senior leadership role involves ensuring compliance with all statutory safety areas including fire, asbestos, gas, and more.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing compliance in social housing, along with essential qualifications such as P405 and NEBOSH. Regular travel across Somerset is required, and the role is offered at £515 per day for an initial 3-month contract.
