Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced EMEA Regional Lead to lead an EMEA account in our Work Dynamics business line. This pivotal role will be responsible for managing and growing our corporate real estate services for key clients across the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. The position demands strong leadership, strategic thinking, and financial acumen to drive account growth and deliver superior client outcomes.

What this job involves

  • Client Relationship Management
    • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for assigned corporate clients in the EMEA region
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-suite and senior executives
    • Conduct regular strategic reviews and quarterly business reviews
    • Proactively identify and address client concerns
  • Site Delivery Oversight
    • Manage end-to-end delivery of corporate real estate services across EMEA
    • Coordinate first-generation outsourcing initiatives and existing vendor relationships
    • Develop and implement standardized processes for consistent service delivery
    • Monitor KPIs and SLAs to maintain service excellence
  • Financial Management
    • Assume full P&L responsibility for the assigned account
    • Develop budgets and financial forecasts
    • Implement strategies to improve profitability
    • Monitor financial performance and manage risks
  • Account Growth & Business Development
    • Identify opportunities to expand services within the existing account
  • Team Leadership
    • Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of 15-20 real estate professionals
    • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement
    • Conduct performance reviews and develop career progression plans
    • Collaborate with HR to recruit and retain top talent
  • Strategic Planning
    • Develop and implement 3- to 5-year strategic plans for the assigned account
    • Anticipate market trends and client needs to adapt service offerings
    • Contribute to overall company growth strategy in EMEA
  • Vendor Management
    • Oversee selection, management, and performance of third-party vendors
    • Negotiate and manage vendor contracts
    • Implement vendor scorecard system and foster strong relationships
  • Risk Management & Compliance
    • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
    • Implement risk management strategies
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices
  • Reporting & Analytics
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards
    • Utilise data analytics to identify trends and opportunities
    • Prepare and present reports to internal stakeholders and clients
  • Experience/Qualifications
    • Significant experience in corporate real estate services, with at least 5 years in senior account management
    • Proven track record managing large, complex client accounts across EMEA
    • Strong understanding of EMEA real estate market, regulations, and cultural nuances
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
    • Demonstrated ability to drive business growth and manage P&L
    • Fluency in English; additional European languages are advantageous
    • Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and presentation software
    • RICS qualification or equivalent professional certification is desirable
