Responsibilities
- Lead launch excellence for Capital and Digital for VELYS Digital and Capital technologies.
- Manage large projects, processes, and cross‑functional teams for VELYS Digital and Capital implementations, ensuring deliverables are coordinated to support successful outcomes using multiple project management frameworks and methodologies.
- Drive process development and simplification across cross‑functional teams to enable efficient delivery of VELYS Digital and Capital technologies.
- Implement systems to develop, streamline, and implement processes, including best‑in‑class automation processes, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Coordinate improved data collation, management, and insight generation to enable informed business decisions, and communicate data‑driven insights on organisational progress.
- Ensure alignment of project timelines and deliverables across regional commercial, functional, and country teams.
- Support all lifecycle phases of technology projects from inception through completion.
- Advise senior management on new project management tools and industry best practices.
- Devises scalable technology programs and establishes project management systems for quality control.
- Guard privacy & information security risk management (GDPR awareness), strategic thinking, cross‑functional collaboration, business evaluation and KPI management.
- Provide consultation, mentoring, and functional supervision to colleagues and teams.
- Integrate Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives into team goals and decision making.
- Approximately 10‑20% travel across the region.
Qualifications
- Degree‑qualified or professional project management qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in healthcare; orthopaedics preferred.
- Experience working in international matrix organisations.
- Strong analytical, prioritisation, and negotiation skills.
- Digital fluency.
- Project management experience of large cross‑functional projects.
- Experience with privacy & information security risk management (GDPR awareness).
- Strategic thinking and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Business evaluation and KPI management experience.
- Other preferred skills: agility, data visualisation, information technology project management, interpersonal influence, market savvy, organising, performance measurement, process control, process improvements, project management methodology (PMM), project management office (PMO), project management tools, project reporting, quality control (QC), technical credibility.
- English proficiency; other languages preferable.
