VAT & M&A Associate Director – Hybrid (London)

PRO-TAX RECRUITMENT LIMITED is looking for an experienced M&A VAT Associate Director to join their top 10 firm in London or local hybrid environment. The role involves working with the Transactions VAT Director on indirect tax due diligence and providing VAT-efficient tax structuring solutions.

The ideal candidate will be CTA qualified with prior experience at Manager level and have a strong grasp of indirect tax in transactions. They will also be responsible for building client relationships and partaking in diverse projects.
