We have an exciting opportunity for an HR Manager – Permanent role in a Motor Vehicle Manufacturing company. It is a significant Chinese automobile OEM with R&D centers in several locations to address various automotive engineering specialties.
Responsibilities
- Supervise a small HR staff that will assist in all HR-related tasks necessary to meet organisational objectives.
Qualifications
- 3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proficiency in English and Chinese, both spoken and written.
- Strong interpersonal communication abilities.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office suite.
- Thorough understanding of UK labour law.
- Professional experience in budget planning, hiring and employee relations.
- Degree in HR or a related field is preferred.
- Level 5 or above CIPD qualification.
- Second-line HR skills verified by relevant experience in a similar setting.
