Responsibilities include managing office routines, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting senior leaders.
Qualifications
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- At least 3 years of relevant experience.
- Fluency in English and Chinese.
- Strong bookkeeping and managerial accounting expertise preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong prioritisation, multitasking, and ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Self‑motivated, creative thinking, and a can‑do mentality.
- Eligibility to work in the UK.
