We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Success Security Engineer role in a Computer and Network Security company. We offer a suite of AI-powered, cloud-delivered security products that are easy to deploy and manage while providing the highest level of security.
The Customer Success Engineer will collaborate with national and international organisations to design, implement, and manage network security solutions that are deployed globally.
Job Requirements
- Extensive technical expertise in network security principles and procedures.
- Solid written and interpersonal skills, as well as presentation abilities in both English and Taiwanese Mandarin.
- Outstanding project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills with a focus on converting business needs into technological solutions.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience implementing large-scale solutions for enterprise clients.
- Self‑motivated and proactive team member.
- Capability to travel up to 30% of the time.
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in computer science or a related field is required.
- Experience designing and implementing global WAN and hub network topologies (SD‑WAN).
- A dedication to building relationships with customers.
- Ideally, prior Taiwanese work experience (working with clients).
