About You
We are looking for a dynamic Member & Independent Partner CBU Leader to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of member groups and independent partners. You should thrive in a commercial environment, be passionate about driving growth through partnerships, and excel at building customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute commercial strategies to achieve business targets.
- Drive performance across member groups and independent partner networks.
- Identify growth opportunities based on market insights and trends.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of 5, fostering a high‑performance culture.
- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and support individual development.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Monitor sales performance and analyze data to drive decision‑making.
- Translate insights into actionable strategies to improve results.
- Prepare regular updates on team performance and market developments.
- Work closely with cross‑functional teams to support business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a sales leadership role managing multiple direct reports.
- Background in commercial, distribution, or partnership‑driven environments.
- Strong leadership and coaching skills with a track record of developing teams.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Strong understanding of sales strategy and market dynamics.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and drive decisions.
- Highly organized with strong time‑management skills.
- Collaborative and able to work effectively across teams.
