Room Leader – Brondesbury Park Fitness and Wellbeing Club

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated and reliable individual with childcare experience to join our small but strong nursery team. The role is based in the nursery within our Nuffield Health Fitness Centre and is a permanent, full‑time position (40 hours per week).

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for the room and its staff, ensuring they deliver services to the highest standards.
• Act as a keyworker, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met.
• Implement and adhere to the EYFS Follow and all nursery and company policies.
• Develop and maintain strong partnerships with parents, updating them on their child’s development and daily activities.
• Lead a room of children aged 3‑24 months.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience leading a nursery room.
• NVQ level3 or SVQ, CACHE Dip, BTEC National Diploma, or NNEB qualification.
• A passion for supporting children’s development and a genuine love of working in a nursery environment.
