Job Description:

The Marketing Manager / Marketing Lead – FMCG will lead strategic initiatives and oversee marketing campaigns for a household brand within the FMCG sector. This contract position will run for 6 months, with the successful candidate based in Berkshire and required to be in the office 2–3 days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Oversee the planning and implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Drive marketing innovation strategy, leading the development and execution of forward-looking product innovation initiatives and leveraging data insights to drive brand growth.
  • Manage and allocate budgets effectively for marketing initiatives.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the marketing team.
  • Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
