Client Services – Account Executive / Manager / Director
Join LIVE·TEAM, a global leader in sports, music and entertainment, as part of our Client Services team. Our offices are in Orpington and Hook.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the main client point of contact for active programs.
- Lead timelines, budgets, scopes, and staffing plans.
- Work closely with internal creative, production and operations teams.
- Translate client goals into clear internal direction.
- Manage onsite execution and post‑event wrap.
- Contribute to organic growth and upselling within accounts.
Roles & Experience Levels
- Account Executive (0–2 yrs exp) – engine, supporting programs with logistics, documentation, and hands‑on coordination, eager to learn, quick on your feet, and a team player to the core.
- Account Manager / Sr. Account Manager (3–6 yrs exp) – day‑to‑day client lead and internal driver, managing timelines, scopes, and production alignment, thinking two steps ahead.
- Account Director (6+ yrs exp) – lead accounts and client relationships at a strategic level, guiding teams, owning budgets, solving problems fast, and shaping client vision.
What You Will Need
- 0.5–10+ years of client‑facing experience in an agency environment.
- Strong understanding of production workflows and timelines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and stakeholders at once.
- A detail‑obsessed, proactive approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- On‑site experience required (domestic and/or international a plus).
