Advanced Concept Lead Engineer

At Aston Martin, we create icons. We’re looking for an Advanced Concept Lead Engineer to lead the development of future vehicle concepts, driving package integration from early concept through to virtual series.

What You’ll Do

• Lead mechanical layout and package integration for new vehicle concepts
• Define hardpoints and release CAD data aligned to programme milestones
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across Design, CAE, Engineering & Procurement
• Support concept commodity selection and platform/package strategies
• Resolve package issues impacting cost, quality, and timing
• Develop occupancy, ergonomics, and vehicle package targets
• Conduct benchmarking and initial concept feasibility studies

About you

• Experience in vehicle concepts, packaging or studio engineering (premium automotive preferred)
• Strong CAD capability (NX ideal) and visualisation tools
• Confident leading cross-functional teams and complex engineering challenges
• Strong understanding of vehicle architecture and package integration
