Reliability & Process Engineer – OEE & RCA

Bekaert in Bradford is seeking a Maintenance Process Engineer to enhance plant reliability, reduce downtime, and increase OEE. The role involves collaborating with Production, Maintenance, and Leadership teams to eliminate breakdown causes and improve process capability.

You will drive improvements in OEE, lead root cause analyses, and support engineering problem-solving while ensuring compliance with safety standards. A degree in Electrical Engineering or related field is required.
