Director, Regional Human Resources

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a globally connected HRBP community and coach a distributed team of regional HR leaders.
  • Build a high‑performing, future‑ready HRBP capability aligned with global standards.
  • Create a unified HRBP network with modern, consistent ways of working.
  • Translate global people strategy into impactful regional delivery and partner on workforce planning, succession, and talent strategies.
  • Balance global consistency with local nuance through governance frameworks.
  • Leverage data, insights, and analytics to drive decision‑making at scale.
  • Transform the HR operating model and modernise processes, workflows, and service delivery in partnership with HR Operations.
  • Champion continuous improvement for a digitally enabled HR experience.
  • Serve as senior escalation point for complex, multi‑country employee relations, ensuring fair and compliant approaches.
  • Partner with Legal to proactively manage risk globally and align with labour laws and regulatory frameworks.
  • Lead global programs and change initiatives, driving regional adoption through strong change leadership.
  • Embed an inclusive, globally connected culture and elevate leadership capability through development and coaching.

What You Bring

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • Significant HR leadership experience as a Business Partner or Generalist in a global organization.
  • Proven track record leading HR teams across multiple regions.
  • Deep expertise in employee relations, organisational change, and matrix environments.
  • Strong analytical thinking with a data‑driven approach to problem solving.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead in fast‑paced, complex environments.
  • Master’s degree in HR, Business, or related discipline preferred.
  • Experience shaping long‑term, strategic HR initiatives at global scale.
  • Background in HR shared services and operating models.
  • Experience working with works councils or employee representatives across international markets.
