As our National Field Lead, you’ll head up Samsung UK’s retail field operation. In this pivotal role, you’ll set the strategic direction, oversee a large multi‑site team, and deliver outstanding commercial results, operational excellence, and premium customer experiences.
Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Experience leading large, national multi‑site retail teams and operations.
- Proven track record of inspiring and developing high‑performing teams.
- Commercial awareness with the ability to drive growth through data and insights.
- Excellent stakeholder management, confident at all levels.
- Resilient, adaptable, and skilled in project management.
- Experience in field retail (ideally within tech) or transferable skills from similar sectors.
- Full UK driving licence.
