Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main client point of contact for active programs. Lead timelines, budgets, scopes, and staffing plans. Work closely with internal producers, creative, strategy, and operations teams. Translate client goals into clear internal direction. Manage onsite execution and post‑event wrap. Contribute to organic growth and upselling within accounts.
Required Qualifications
- 1–10+ years of client‑facing experience at an experiential or event agency.
- Strong understanding of experiential production workflows and timelines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, clients, and stakeholders at once.
- Detail‑obsessed, proactive approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- On‑site experience required (domestic and/or international a plus).
Position Levels
- Account Executive (1–2 yrs exp) – Engine, supporting programs with logistics, documentation, and hands‑on coordination. Eager learner, quick on feet, team player.
- Account Manager / Sr. Account Manager (3–6 yrs exp) – Day‑to‑day client lead and internal driver. Manages timelines, scopes, and production alignment. Thinks two steps ahead, pivots quickly with grace.
- Account Director / Sr. Account Director (6+ yrs exp) – Leads accounts and client relationships at a strategic level. Guides teams, owns budgets, solves problems fast, shapes client’s vision into a winning experience. Comfortable in boardroom and on‑site.
