Job Role: Strategy Consultant (Software & Platform Industries)Location: LondonMobility: Up to 50%Career Level: Consultant

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to effectively communicate solutions with structure and clarity.
• Present internally and to clients, representing the practice and building credibility in your work.
• Work together with leadership to identify new growth opportunities for the practice.
• Take ownership of large‑scale strategy projects, ensuring engagement of the right stakeholders, staying on track against plans, and delivering high‑quality outputs to client requirements.
• Build thought leadership and become a subject‑matter expert, delivering value to clients.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in a strategy consulting environment (e.g., strategy consulting firm or in‑house strategy unit) and/or in software & platforms companies (e.g., SaaS, cloud providers, marketplaces, and social media platforms).
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to simplify and demonstrate insights clearly.
• Critical thinking ability – quickly understand client challenges and formulate hypotheses and solutions.
• Strong communicator with ability to deliver presentations, demonstrating strong verbal and written communication.
• Team player, thriving in a cross‑functional environment.
• Plus: relevant software & platforms topic expertise (e.g., digital marketing, enterprise sales, pricing, data strategy) that can help broaden the practice.
