Qualifications

• Business proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and English (both written and spoken) (B1 level or above)
• Thorough understanding of freight shipping and processes
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain positive customer relationships
• Ability to create reports in Microsoft Excel
• Experience dealing with air freight administration and shipment‑related issues
• Ability to complete a diverse workload while meeting tight constraints
• Adaptability, curiosity, and openness to change, with a strong commitment to personal and professional growth
• Capability to work flexible hours, including weekends, to accommodate airline schedules
• Proof of work authorisation in the United Kingdom
