The role will be responsible for the successful delivery of all testing strategy, plans and activities.
Accountabilities
- Develop, own and deliver the Programme testing plan (ensuring alignment with all milestones in the master plan)
- Coordinate internal and external resources and ensure all deliverables are completed on time and to expected quality standards
- Proactively manage all risks and issues within WS6
- Collaborate with the project stakeholders, including business process owners, project managers, and technical teams and partners, to understand the project scope, testing requirements, and objectives
- Oversee the end‑to‑end testing process, including system integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and regression testing
- Coordinate with the project team to set up test environments, data, and configurations required for testing activities
- Manage and lead the testing team, including test analysts and testers, providing guidance, mentorship, and support throughout the testing phases
- Ensure the success and quality of the testing process within the programme
