Position Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Illusion Expert Guest Engagement Staff.
Key Position Details
- Position: Entry‑Level Illusion Expert
- Hours: Casual (limited part‑time; guaranteed hours available for highly qualified candidates)
- Salary: £14 per hour
- Availability: Weekend and evening availability is a strong plus
- Opening Times: 9a.m. –10p.m. daily, except Christmas Day
Responsibilities
- Engage with guests by actively interacting with visitors and creating memorable experiences.
- Provide outstanding service – always approachable, friendly, and ready to help.
- Maintain a welcoming environment – keep exhibits clean, assist guests with inquiries and photography.
- Support the overall guest experience and uphold the museum’s mission to inspire wonder.
Qualifications
- Experience in hospitality, entertainment, performance, or interactive museums is highly desired.
- Customer‑facing experience is required.
- No prior illusion expertise needed – on‑the‑job training provided.
