We have an exciting opportunity for a Technical Admin Support role in a Birmingham‑based Design Services company. The company is one of the UK’s top suppliers of customised, mass‑production houseware and furnishings to both major and small stores. It is currently seeking to hire a Chinese speaker to assist in the routine operation and reporting activities.
Responsibilities
Assist in routine operation and reporting activities. Make autonomous judgments about the best method to handle individual tasks and enquiries for routine operation.
Qualifications
Excel, Word, and Access skills are required. Experience with flatpack construction is advantageous but not required. Preference for Chinese speaking, reading, and writing. Excellent written and oral communication abilities. Detail‑oriented, deadline‑driven, and capable of multitasking with great organisation and time management abilities. Team player who is proactive, performance‑driven. Excellent reporting abilities. Problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills. Excellent computer skills.
