Contracts Manager – Utilities and Civils
Location: Chester Le Street (commutable from Durham, Sunderland, Darlington, Washington)
Salary: £55,000 – £60,000 plus training, progression, bonus and car.

Role
The role involves overseeing multiple contracts at any one time in the areas of civils, construction, refurbishments, roofing and utilities.
Monday to Friday – 40 hours per week. Contracts are generally within daily driving range of Northern England.
Candidate Requirements
- Contract management experience within civils or utilities.
- Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Valid UK driving licence.
