Purchasing Manager (Mandarin Speaking, £35k, Sporting Goods, Edinburgh)

We have an exciting opportunity for a Purchasing Manager role in a Sporting Goods company based in Edinburgh. The company offers fully customizable bespoke apparel and accessories for athletic events and event organisers at wholesale prices.

Job Requirements

• Procurement and/or purchasing experience for at least 1 year.
• Extensive project purchasing management expertise.
• Commodity knowledge of sporting goods.
• Excellent understanding of contract regulations.
• Must have strong negotiating skills.
• Exposure to international purchasing is preferred.
• Degree-holders are ideal.
• Fluent written and spoken communication in English and Mandarin.
• Excellent and proven understanding of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Ideally, an understanding of material management is required (MM).
