Food Production Support Manager

For an exciting opportunity with a well‑known import and distribution company in Biggleswade, we seek a Food Production Support Manager. The client is a pan‑Asian food distributor that operates an end‑to‑end distribution network, managing manufacturers from start to finish and centralising hundreds of different chains on a regular basis, ranging from normal to cold‑chain products.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for ensuring that all products produced are safe, legal, and meet the company’s specifications, as well as implementing and maintaining good manufacturing practices in the factory in accordance with company procedures and BRC standards.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory/team management experience, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.
• Working experience in a food factory environment.
• Working experience in the food industry.
• It is preferable to have Level 2 Food Safety & Hygiene and Level 2 HACCP.
