Staff Software Engineer, Flights Platform

TravelPerk is looking for a Software Engineer in Birmingham to drive engineering initiatives across teams. You will own technical vision, work on complex systems, and contribute significantly to projects while mentoring others.

The ideal candidate will be hands-on, demonstrate architectural judgment, and lead operational practices. Experience in backend systems with Python and AWS is preferred. This role requires you to be within commuting distance for in-person collaboration three days a week.
