IT Support Engineer (Mandarin speaker, £30K, Online Gaming, London)

We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Support Engineer role in a London based Computer Games company.

This is a company that specialises in providing a wide range of project-based operations as well as strategic guidance, both of which are required for organisations to reach their long‑term potential and objectives.

The company is currently looking for an individual possessing the necessary qualification and experience to fill this role.

Job Requirements

• Have a good understanding of Apple hardware and technology, including macOS and Office 365.
• An interest in or familiarity with A/V equipment.
• Thrive in a fast‑paced atmosphere where you must manage and prioritise your task while also rapidly adapting to changing conditions.
• Capable of working both cooperatively and independently to see projects through to completion, as well as identifying and resolving inefficiencies and difficulties.
• Excellent communication abilities.
• A strong interest in technology.
• Language skills in both Chinese and English.
• Proactive and highly effective.
• Apple Certified Macintosh Technician.
• Having worked in or around a service ecosystem of Apple.
