We have an exciting opportunity for a part‑time IT and Systems Manager role in a global marketing and advertising company. This part‑time position involves working 4 hours per day.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage IT and systems across the company’s European offices, ensuring smooth operation in a fast‑paced startup environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.
• Proficiency and demonstrated experience with Microsoft OS and macOS.
• Knowledge of Google Workspace, WordPress, Adobe, Zoom, and Chinese online platforms such as Feishu / Lark, HelloFont, VooV, Alipay, Baidu Pan, and WeChat.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and execute them effectively under time constraints.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
