Job Description:

The Amazon CX Engineer is a professional services role focused on the design, implementation and tier 2 support of full‑stack Amazon Connect solutions.

This position delivers customer experience solutions through infrastructure and application development expertise.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and build Amazon Connect environments, including infrastructure and contact flows for voice, chat and email.
  • Implement and support Amazon Connect features including Step‑by‑Step Guides, Cases and Diallers.
  • Integrate Amazon Connect with other AWS components or external systems using AWS Lambda.
  • Develop, maintain, and optimize Amazon Lex and Conversational AI interfaces.
  • Build custom reporting solutions using DSQL.
  • Work directly with clients to gather requirements and deliver technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with AWS teams and partners during implementation projects.
  • Deliver client‑facing training on Amazon Connect technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance from design to deployment.
  • Document technical designs and operational procedures.
  • Travel to client sites as required to support project activities.

Minimum Required Qualifications

  • 2 years of experience in technical implementation or consulting roles.
  • Amazon Connect Communications Specialist.
  • Amazon Connect Developer Specialist.
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner.
  • Working towards any AWS Associate level certification.

Additional Technical Skills

  • Python, Node.js, and React programming experience.
  • Infrastructure as code using CDK and Terraform.
  • API design and development.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience developing custom reporting or analytics solutions.
  • Security best practices knowledge.Version control systems (Git).
