We focus on delivering clear, fixed‑scope, fixed‑price technology solutions that help SMBs get the most out of their Microsoft cloud investments. Our Professional Services team leads the delivery of transformational projects, including Azure migrations, Modern Workplace deployments, and AI‑driven improvements.

About the Role

As a Projects and Installations Engineer, you will deliver technical projects end‑to‑end, working closely with clients, project managers, CSMs and internal teams. You’ll be responsible for scoping, planning, implementing and handing over projects ranging from Azure infrastructure deployments, Microsoft 365 migrations, network, firewall and Wi‑Fi installations.

This role suits someone who enjoys ownership, variety, solving complex challenges, and being customer‑facing.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Lead the delivery of cloud and infrastructure projects (Azure migrations, AVD deployments, Modern Workplace rollouts, identity/security projects) for our clients.
  • Act as a technical escalation point within the Professional Services team and occasionally support Helpdesk escalations when required (aligned with internal processes).
  • Work with customers to understand requirements, define scope, and produce high‑quality technical documentation.
  • Deploy, configure, and optimise Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and security solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover to support.
  • Provide guidance, mentoring, and knowledge‑sharing to colleagues across the business.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of project frameworks, documentation, and delivery standards.

What You’ll Bring

  • Strong experience in an MSP or consulting environment.
  • Hands‑on expertise with Azure, Microsoft 365, Intune, Azure AD/Entra ID, networking fundamentals, and security tooling (Defender stack).
  • Experience delivering end‑to‑end cloud migration or modern workplace projects.
  • Network and firewall configuration experience
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • A proactive, organised approach with strong ownership of work.
  • Full UK driving licence (occasional customer site visits).

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AVD and Intune
  • Experience with Ubiquiti networks.
  • Certifications such as AZ‑104, AZ‑305, MS‑102, or SC‑200 (or willingness to achieve them with our support).

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary, pension, private healthcare, unlimited holiday and progression opportunities.
  • Training and certification support.
  • Hybrid working culture and flexible approach to time spent in the office.
  • Work within a supportive team that values quality, collaboration, and innovation.
  • Opportunity to work across UK and international customer projects.
