Daily Duties
- Running projects independently across multiple RIBA stages
- Managing client relationships and coordinating consultant teams
- Leading project meetings and presenting design proposals
- Producing and reviewing technical drawing packages in Revit
- Coordinating planning, tender and construction informationMonitoring project programmes, budgets, and deliverables
- Undertaking site visits, inspections, and contractor coordination
- Supporting and mentoring junior team members
Ideal Candidate
- ARB registered Architect with strong UK project experience
- Proven experience running projects through delivery stages
- Excellent technical knowledge and detailing ability
- Strong Revit/BIM proficiency
- Confident communicator with client-facing experience
- Ability to manage workload and lead project teams effectively
- Experience across education, residential or complex project sectors advantageous
- Organised, proactive, and commercially aware
