Manager – Power Platform Architect SME

Role and Organization Context

The ICOE is a single organization that brings together Avanade’s existing COEs (Center of Excellence) to deliver excellence at scale to Avanade and its clients. It supports sales, solutioning and delivery for global regions, primarily focusing on Europe.

What you’ll do

• Boost sales across the globe, primarily focusing on the region you are located in.
• Support the adoption of Power Platform across that region.
• Work closely with the Microsoft Product Team in Redmond to drive innovation.
• Align with client solutions teams and work cross‑practices to promote, support and evangelise Power Platform and its roadmap, ensuring timely support from Microsoft when required.

Skills and experiences

• 5+ years working in Power Platform consulting within a large enterprise organization.
• Solid understanding of operations and culture at ATC‑I or Off Shore centres.
• Ensure alignment of goals, team skills and priorities.
• Deep knowledge of Power Platform offerings.
• Ability to hold C‑level conversations with clients and internal stakeholders and leverage existing relations in the field, both internal and external (e.g., Microsoft).
• Deep understanding of Delivery Methodologies.

About you

• Effective and compelling communicator with experience managing clients and stakeholders up to C‑Level.
• Able to create and deliver findings and recommendations in a clear and convincing manner.
• Passionate about trends and technical/industry thought leadership.
• Proven leader with strong influencing and negotiation capabilities.
• Preferably a Microsoft Global Black Belt.
• Understanding and experience of AI within this field is also a benefit.
