Military Transition: 8–12 Week Engineering & Ops Placement

MBDA UK is offering a Military Transition Scheme for UK Armed Forces members in their last 12 months of service. This unpaid 8- or 12-week placement starts in September 2026, providing opportunities to gain valuable sector experience while transitioning to civilian roles.

Suitable candidates will contribute to projects across Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, and more, supported by mentors from the company. Successful applicants may have chances for permanent job offers after the placement.
